What should I do if I now want to take part?

If you would like to help by taking part please visit the survey website, either by clicking the link on the main UK Cosmos home page or by going directly to www.ukcosmossurvey.org. You will need to use your Unique ID number (printed on your invitation letter) to log-in. You will then be asked to provide your consent and complete the questionnaire. If you are having any issues logging in with your Unique ID please see here.

When do I have to decide?

You have four weeks to think it over. We will then send you another invitation as a reminder. If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you do not want to take part and no further contact will be made.

What can I do if I’m unsure about taking part, have any other concerns or queries?
